Review Flow provides automated review request and reputation support services, including:
SMS review requests
Email review requests
CRM integrations
Google review links
Automation workflows
Analytics and reporting
We may modify or improve the Services at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to act on behalf of your business.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree that:
Customer information was lawfully collected
You have required consent to send SMS and emails
You comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable laws
Information provided is accurate
You are responsible for your use of the platform.
4. SMS and Email Authorization
You authorize Review Flow to send communications on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for obtaining customer consent.
5. Google Reviews
Review Flow facilitates review requests but:
Does not guarantee reviews
Does not guarantee positive reviews
Does not remove negative reviews
Does not control Google's policies
6. Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Cancellation
Clients may cancel at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
The Review Flow platform, branding, software, and content remain the property of Review Flow LLC.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Send unlawful communications
Upload unauthorized customer data
Spam recipients
Attempt unauthorized access
Use the platform for illegal purposes
10. Third-Party Services
Review Flow integrates with third-party providers.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by those providers.
11. Data
We store and process information necessary to provide our services.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Availability
We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Review Flow shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party providers such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe, or Google, as well as natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We make no guarantee regarding:
Number of reviews
Business growth
Revenue increases
Customer behavior
Platform uptime
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Flow LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous one-month billing period.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Review Flow LLC from claims arising from:
Customer consent issues
Improper use of the platform
Violations of applicable laws
Data provided by you
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Violate applicable laws
Abuse the platform
Fail to pay fees
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
